About Our Project

The I-BELEAD – I Become Empowered to Lead, Engage, and Advocate to Drive Change project aims to promote the inclusion of young people (under 30) with fewer opportunities by fostering their active participation in public life. It focuses especially on vulnerable youth, including those with disabilities, equipping them with the skills, attitudes, and knowledge needed to become empowered role models and agents of social change.

The project is based on a self-exploration methodology that supports personal growth through three interconnected phases: self-orientation, self-advocacy, and self-determination. This approach encourages young people to better understand themselves, express their needs and rights, and take control of their own lives.
